Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - CBT


Research has shown that CBT can be very effective in treating a range of disorders including anxiety, depression, social phobias, to bulimia and other eating and emotional disorders. When a person has been through a program of sessions they usually feel empowered to make small, yet important changes in their lives. They are able to do this as they have learnt new skills and techniques which enable them to create more options to successfully deal with any issue which may arise during their lives.
