The worst thing in the world is to try to sleep and not to.
For several years Juliet had been blighted by insomnia which had become significantly worse over the preceding 9 months. The sleeping tablets prescribed by her GP caused daytime drowsiness and adversely affected her job. Her only respite came at weekends or on holidays when she was safely able to take sleeping pills.
After the session she wrote telling me that she was now able to get straight to sleep and if she did wake, she was generally able to get back to sleep easily. Juliet felt that what we achieved together had immeasurably improved the quality of her life.
